My Experience.

Beyond what’s on paper, I’ve had a passion for UX as long as I can remember. With a love of art, natural aptitude for technology, and a mentor in the family, UX has always been a large part of my life.

Today I’m the sole designer at Sales Rabbit, where I lead research, design, and AI experience work across our roofing products, and ship code alongside our engineers. I do my best work close to users and close to the build, turning what I learn in research into clear, intentional design decisions.

SENIOR PRODUCT DESIGNER | LEHI, UT | CURRENT

  • Led UX for RoofLink CRM, owning research, IA, and mobile-first design across the next-generation roofing CRM
  • Built and deployed four custom AI agents across the design and research workflow (in-product copy, research synthesis, synthetic research participants, design review), shaping internal AI patterns adopted across R&D
  • Established qualitative research as a recognized practice in R&D, including the persona system, the org-wide research platform decision, and in-product survey instrumentation
  • Shipped core RoofLink estimating and partnership workflows including Multiple Estimates, Auto Create GBB, Roof Template Groups, and SRS Supplier Integration
  • Owned RoofLink Design System buildout (tokens, components, contribution model) for a product team without prior systems infrastructure
  • Led Cancel/Churn Analysis combining qualitative depth with quantitative signal to surface retention drivers that informed product roadmap

  • Designed the digital wallet, post-purchase emails, and shopping and checkout flows for a luxury retail brand, grounded in user and business data
  • Created UX artifact templates used across 5+ product pods and contributed to the global design system

  • Redesigned student and faculty web interfaces based on ethnographic research
  • Balanced business goals with user needs to improve three key app features, and slimmed down the design system so projects shipped faster

PRODUCT DESIGNER | SOUTH JORDAN, UT | 2024

  • Co-designed a new product end to end, from definition through launch, including validation and discovery research
  • Wrote OpenAI API prompts built into the product and tuned them across multiple AI models
  • Created a custom GPT model to illustrate brand and UI visuals across the company
  • Raised app download conversion 8% with redesigned App Store and Google Play assets
  • Helped build a design system used across 5 global products

  • Created 115+ assets in 12 weeks for B2B partnerships with Nike, Verizon, the U.S. DoD, and Comcast, and was recognized by CEO Aaron Skonnard
  • Designed ABM slide decks that helped close $1M in investment deals, and ran paid and organic social campaigns that raised click rate 20% over 12 weeks
