The Problem:
Digital privacy is important for everyone, but not everyone makes it a priority due to a high barrier to entry when it comes to cleaning up your digital footprint because everyones data is everywhere. I co-designed Reclaim: a web app that scans your inbox, tells you what companies have your information, what information they have, if you’ve been in a data breach, and what to do about it.
Discovery Phase:
My responsibilities were to conduct user surveys to decide on branding, understand most important data for them to see, and how to format instructions on what to do. I also crafted the AI prompts in our API to generate the deletion and protection instructions.

Meet Team Reclaim:
After Reclaim’s initial launch, This team was setup to increase efficiency and communication, reduce meeting count, and improve product quality. We had 1 PM, 2 designers, a dev manager with his frontend and backend guys, and a scrum master/QA. I attended daily stand ups and weekly test jams that included visual QA.
